From the "San Andrés" vineyard, over 70 years old, located in Villabuena. Exhaustive selection of strains and manual harvest. The grapes are fermented by stirring its lees in 500-litre French oak barrels for 6 months. The wine is oak aged for 4 years inside the same oak barrels.
Colour: Yellow with golden notes. Very clean and bright.
Aroma: Flowers and sweet fruits, pear, grapefruit skin and vanilla.
Taste: Velvety and good volume. Good balance between the acidity from the grapefruit, pear, apricot and mandarin skin aroma and the oak. Long lasting and silky.
